14-Day Return
You can return a product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it has not been used, is in its original, intact packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.
How to request a return
- Download and complete the PRODUCT RETURN REQUEST PDF FORM.
- Email the completed PDF, together with your proof of purchase and photos (if relevant),to info@baritaliaclub.com.
- You will receive a confirmation once we have processed your request.
Returning the Product
After receiving return authorization, the product must be shipped within eight days. Shipping can be arranged independently or through our discounted ticket services:
- Easy Return at €59 for products up to €600
- Premium Return at €69 for products over €600
It is essential to package the product carefully to minimize the risk of transport damage. Any damage caused by inadequate packaging will be quantified and deducted from the refund.
Refund method and confirmation
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
