The Cellini Classic machine is equipped with a copper and insulated boiler for energy saving and increased thermal stability. Stainless steel frame AISI 304 Single manometer to check pump pressure to control the correct brewing extraction process. Features ULKA vibrating pump and MATER pressustat.
Few controls permit you to draw steam, hot water or espresso at any time. The Cellini CLassim automatically mantains the water level in the boiler as required and if run low on water in the tank, the Cellini Classic switches off the heating element as a safety precaution.
