Tostabar Genius K1 Pro

The Tostabar Genius k1 PRO is the only shop roaster in the world capable of roasting the perfect coffee, fully automatic and continuous. It does not require the presence of an operator during the process. All this with a minimum of energy use.

Tostabar Genius K1 PRO is powered by electric current, it needs only 3.5 Kw and does not use GAS. 

• Perfect: Tostabar Genius k1 PRO is the roaster equipped with a patented electronic control, abatement termica® inertia, which regulates the amount of heat required for roasting coffee following a perfect and consistent cooking profile.
• Constant: Tostabar Genius K1 is the shop roaster mostreliable. It can also work continuously 24 hours a day. After a roasting you can immediately start another baking cycle without the need for any interval.
• Automatic: Tostabar Genius k1 is fully automatic: the roasted coffee is drained and cooled at the end of the cycle without the need for operator intervention. The films that cover the beans are automatically collected in a special drawer.

In addition to the K1 version the K1 PRO version has:

• 2 additional thermocouples
• phidget with an additional USB input to connect the roaster to the computer
• roasting control software
