The brew group is heated by a hot water circulation system. The temperature-stable kettle is filled using an on / off toggle switch and, depending on requirements, enables a quick switchover between espresso brewing temperature (80 ° C to 100 ° C) and temporary steam temperature (105 ° C to 120 ° C).
In order to avoid damage to the heating, it is necessary to bleed immediately after drawing off steam!
